Dobrovolny grew up working cattle and baling hay on his family’s Texas ranch. Upon graduating from Bryan High School in 1993, Frank sought to serve the country he loved and in doing so he enlisted in the United States Navy. Frank served aboard the USS Rhode Island as well as the USS Nebraska, both of which are ballistic missile nuclear submarines, as a Sonar Technician. During his service, Mr. Dobrovolny held a Secret security clearance through the United States Department of Defense. He was honorably discharged in 1997 having served four years. Frank would go on to graduate from Blinn College with degrees of Associate in Arts and Associate in Science. In 2002, Frank graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Frank then graduated from South Texas College of Law with a degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2006. Shortly thereafter, Frank was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and has been in private practice in Cherokee County Texas ever since.

Frank has a passion for the founding principles of our great state and of our great nation. He knows that the rights and liberties afforded to our citizens were bought with the blood of patriots and therefore should not be taken for granted, nor should they be relinquished. He believes that we all have the duty to fight to preserve each and every one of our rights. It is with that foundation of belief and duty that Frank zealously represents his clients.
